Terms and notes
Please read the following before using Spice Day. Spice Day provides a place for users to post and apply for companion arrangements. The operator does not guarantee, broker, manage, or supervise the details of the arrangement, fulfillment of promises, the other party’s behavior, safety on the day, payment between users, or any other individual circumstances.
Eligibility
- This service is available only to users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 may not register an account, create posts, apply to join, use chat, or use any other function.
- Users are responsible for keeping their registration information truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- The operator may reject registration or suspend use depending on age, identity verification status, usage behavior, or other circumstances.
Nature of the service
- This service provides a place for users to find, apply for, and communicate with companions. The operator does not become a party to any agreement between users.
- Users must confirm post details, companion arrangements, meeting place, transportation, payment, cancellation, and other conditions between themselves and make decisions at their own responsibility.
- The operator does not guarantee the truthfulness of posts, the identity of the other party, communication quality, payment ability, execution of the arrangement, safety, satisfaction, or anything else.
- The operator does not mediate, represent, arrange, compensate, or resolve negotiations, communication, disputes, refunds, damage claims, cancellations, or other individual issues between users.
Posts, applications, and fees
- Users creating posts should describe the date, place, content, required conditions, whether fees apply, and other important information as clearly and specifically as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
- Users who wish to participate should carefully review the post details before applying and ask questions in the open chat or elsewhere if anything is unclear.
- For paid posts, participants should confirm the fee amount, payment method, payment timing, details of the day, additional costs, and other conditions before applying, and decide at their own responsibility.
- The operator is not responsible for any fees, payments, refunds, advances, splitting costs, cancellation fees, or any other money-related matters agreed between users.
Chat function
- Open chat is a public place for confirmation and questions, including before applying. For paid posts, confirm important matters such as fees and details before applying.
- Private chat is available after approval by the organizer and is used for individual communication. Important matters such as meeting place, time, and the day’s flow should be clearly confirmed.
- The operator has no obligation to store, monitor, guarantee, intervene in, or mediate chat contents.
- The operator may delete or restrict access to chats, posts, or other content when it determines necessary, including for legal violations, terms violations, reports, system maintenance, or other reasons.
Prohibited actions
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals, criminal acts, actions related to antisocial forces, dangerous behavior, violence, threats, harassment, discriminatory language or actions, and similar acts are prohibited.
- Use involving sexual services, prostitution, compensated dating, obscene purposes, nude photography, physical contact services, massage, or any sexual or adult-service-related purpose is prohibited.
- Religious solicitation, multi-level marketing, investment solicitation, insurance solicitation, business solicitation, political activity, signature campaigns, seminar solicitation, and other uses whose main purpose is not companionship are prohibited.
- Registering or posting false information, impersonation, fraudulent use of multiple accounts, and use solely for external redirection are prohibited.
- Taking money and disappearing, no-shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, causing significant trouble to others, and other acts the operator considers inappropriate are prohibited.
Personal information and safety
- Names, addresses, workplaces, school names, contact information, social media accounts, financial information, and other personal information should be handled at your own responsibility after carefully considering necessity and safety.
- For first meetings, choose places with foot traffic or public locations and take sufficient care for safety.
- If you feel even slightly uneasy, stop the application, approval, meeting, or arrangement.
- The operator is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, fraud, money trouble, leakage of personal information, or any other damage that occurs between users.
Post deletion and suspension of use
- If a user violates these terms, or if the operator determines there is a risk of violation, the operator may take necessary measures without prior notice, including deleting posts, deleting chats, restricting functions, or suspending accounts.
- The operator is not responsible for any damage caused to users by the measures described above.
- The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the service when it determines necessary for service operation.
Disclaimer
- The operator does not guarantee that the service is free from factual or legal defects, safe, useful, accurate, continuous, fit for a particular purpose, or anything else.
- The operator is not responsible for any transactions, communication, disputes, damages, or other matters between users or between users and third parties.
- Even if the operator bears any responsibility, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, its responsibility is limited to direct and ordinary damages.
Agreement
- By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms and notes.
- The operator may change these terms and notes as necessary, and the revised contents become effective when displayed on the service or at the time determined by the operator.
